HERBED SWEET POTATO WEDGES
Preparation Time: 10 - 15 minutes depending on the amount
Cooking Time: 35 – 40 minutes depending on the amount
Cooking Temperature: 350° Fahrenheit (175° Celsius)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven.
Place the sweet potatoes into a bowl and add all the herbs and the olive oil.
Toss so that the sweet potatoes are covered in the oil and herbs.
Season with freshly ground black pepper.
Place into an oven proof baking dish and bake for 35 – 40 minutes or until soft.
Serve and enjoy.
Tips to Reduce Preparation & Cooking Time:
Precook the sweet potatoes in the microwave to decrease the cooking time.
Buy already washed and chopped fresh herbs in order to decrease preparation time.
Use dried herbs instead of fresh herbs.
