中国公民多次入境签证
（居住在加拿大的 QC、NB、NS、PEI 或 NL）
- 高收入或足够的经济能力及其家庭。申请人具有
- 收入相当高的人可以获得 5 年期签证，每次停留最多 90 天。
- 具有足够经济能力的申请人可以获得3年期签证
- 每次最多停留 30 天。
注意：
- 请勿装订或夹住文档。
- 所有文件必须以英语或法语书写，或有翻译。
- 您必须为每个签证申请人提供每份文件的一份副本。
- 如有必要，可能会要求提供其他文件。
申请文件
1) 签证申请表（如何填写赴日签证申请表？）
※ 请勿将任何字段留空。如果某个字段不适用，请写“N/A”。
2）照片一张（35毫米×45毫米；加拿大护照尺寸也可以）
3) 护照及护照复印件（个人信息页）
和签名）
4) 您在加拿大的身份证明（您的永久居民卡原件、工作证明
签证、学生签证等）和同一文件的复印件（双面）
5) 解释需要多次入境签证原因的信函（注明日期并签名）
6) 资金证明：至少以下一项：
Ø 房地产市政税证明
Ø CRA 发布的税款评估显示总收入或 T4
Ø 过去6个月的加拿大银行对账单
7) 初次访问要求：满足以下所有要求：
Ø 确认您的机票预订或航班行程
Ø 酒店预订确认
Ø 停留时间（例）

8) 亲属关系证明文件（结婚证、出生证明等）
Multiple-entry visa for Chinese citizens
Residing in QC, NB, NS, PEI or NL in Canada
Multiple-entry temporary visitor visas may be granted to applicants with a substantially
high income or sufficient level of financial capability and their families. Applicants with
a substantially high income may be granted a 5-year visa for stays up to 90 days each.
Applicants with sufficient level of financial capability may be granted a 3-year visa for
stays up to 30 days each.
ATTENTION
- Do NOT staple or clip the documents.
- All documents must be written in English or French, or have a translation.
- You must provide one copy of each document per visa applicant.
- Additional documents may be requested as necessary.
Application documents
1) Visa application form (Example)
※ Do not leave any field blank. If a field does not apply, write “N/A”.
2) One photo (35 mm × 45 mm; Canadian passport size is also acceptable)
3) A passport and a photocopy of this passport (page with your personal information
and signature)
4) Proof of your status in Canada (the original of your Permanent Resident Card, Work
Visa, Student's Visa, etc.) and a photocopy (both sides) of the same document
5) Letter explaining the reason why a multiple-entry visa is needed (dated and signed)
6) Proof of funds: At least ONE of the following:
Municipal tax certificate for real estate
Tax assessment issued by the CRA showing total income or T4
Canadian bank statements for the last 6 months
7) Initial visit requirements: ALL OF the following:
Confirmation of your airline tickets' reservations or flight itinerary
Confirmation of your hotel's reservation
Schedule of stay (Example)
