Both FFMpeg and FFprobe are automatically installed in all the Cloudways servers, so there is no need to worries about installing them.
Also if you want to configure the path to each of them. You can simply put:
/usr/bin/ffmpeg
for FFMpeg and
/usr/bin/ffprobe
for FFprobe.
